Although it is popular, especially during peak season, its location further from the centre of Dénia ensures a less crowded atmosphere, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation.
It is situated between Les Marines and Els Molins beaches, with a length of 1,800 metres and a generous width, Les Bovetes provides plenty of space even during the busiest months. Its easy access, both on foot and by car, is another advantage. There are nearby parking areas, though it is advisable to arrive early in summer to avoid parking issues.
Les Bovetes holds the Blue Flag, an international distinction certifying its quality in terms of cleanliness, safety, and services. On the beach, you will find foot showers, bins, and rental services for sunshades and loungers, all designed to make your stay comfortable. During summer, lifeguard and rescue points enhance swimmer safety. A notable feature is its accessible infrastructure, including ramps and special access for people with reduced mobility, ensuring everyone can enjoy this beach.

Directions
From the port of Dénia, follow these instructions to reach the beach:
- Head northwest along Carr. de les Marines towards Dénia/Carrer Consolat del Mar/CV-730 for about 400 metres.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Carr. de les Marines to Dénia/CV-730 and continue for about 4.2 km.
- Finally, turn right onto Carrer Passarell; at the end, you will find the entrance to Les Bovetes Beach.
On Passarell Street, there are plenty of parking spaces, and nearby on Antolín Rojas Street there is also a free car park.
If you prefer public transport, bus lines running along the Carretera de las Marinas also have stops near the beach.

Les Bovetes Beach is a semi-urban beach offering a wide range of services nearby, including beach bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Lifeguards: the Red Cross of Dénia provides surveillance services during summer. Hours: June and September 11:00–19:00; July and August 10:30–20:00.
- Access to the beach via wooden walkways.
- Foot showers to clean off the sand.
- Beach bar in front of C/ Cigonya.
- Sun loungers and shade (C/ Cigonya from 1 July to 30 October).
- Channels for boat entry and exit. Buoying between C/ Cigonya and C/ Passarell and along Mar Mediterrània Street.
- Public toilets: C/ Passarell next to the lifeguard station and at the C/ Cigonya beach bar.
- Volleyball nets.
- Children’s playground with a large elastic pyramid.
- Adapted area for people with physical, visual, auditory, and intellectual disabilities in July and August from 11:00 to 19:00: protocol
Activities
This beach is located quite far from the town centre, about 5.5 km away, which ensures that even in the summer months it does not get too crowded. It is perfect for a day out with friends or family. Some of the activities you can enjoy include:
Snorkelling: The beach usually has crystal-clear water with very good visibility and calm waves, ideal for snorkelling or diving. About 30 metres from the shore, you will find large Posidonia meadows where you can observe a wide variety of marine life.
Water sports: This beach is highly recommended for sports such as windsurfing, wing-foil, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The Windsurfing Denia school is located here, offering lessons and equipment rental for these activities.
Beach bar: At this beach, you will find the Chiringuito Mojito Dénia, where you can enjoy cocktails while listening to music. They also serve food and provide sunbed and parasol rentals.
Children’s playground and elastic pyramid: The beach has a small playground for children and a large elastic pyramid for climbing.
Long walks on the sand: Like all the beaches in the Las Marinas area, you can take long walks along the shore and visit nearby beaches such as Els Molins to the north or Les Marines to the south.

Escondida: A restaurant offering sophisticated fusion cuisine, serving breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and dinner in a modern, relaxed beachfront setting.
Aponent: Restaurant with a beachfront terrace and a chill-out area on the sand. Mediterranean cuisine specialising in rice dishes.
Cova del Mero: Family-run restaurant with a classic style and sea-view terrace. Specialises in rice dishes, fish, and seafood, particularly “llandeta” fish.
Les Fonts: Near the beach, on Antolín Rojas Street, there is an area called Les Fonts with small restaurants, and in the evening some pubs and nightclubs open.
